What do I do if I have not received my order within 10 days?

 

We take full responsibility to make sure your order reaches you on time, but in very few instances we have noticed the courier partner has delayed the delivery. 

Kindly reach out to us on email info. zubiya@gmail.com immediately if your order shows in transit for more than 10 days after receiving the order shipping details on your email. 

NOTE: It can take upto 10 days for us to track and deliver your order if the order is stuck/ lost in transit. 

When can I cancel my order without being charged?

You can cancel your order yourself within 8 hours of placing your order on our website and before receiving a dispatch notification on your email. 

If 8 hours have passed and you have not received any shipment confirmation you can contact us immediately on info.zubiya@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +919990435711 

Our team will help you cancel your order. 

How to receive a refund of a cancelled paid order?

If you have successfully cancelled your paid order yourself, kindly reach out immediately on info.zubiya@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +919990435711 

Our team will have initiate a refund which can take upto 7 working days to reflect in your source account. 

If I receive a wrong/ damaged product? 

All the orders are carefully checked and inspected before dispatch, incase you have received wrong or defective product kindly do not panic.  

Our team will get back to you within 48 working hours and help solve your query 

This process can take upto 10-14 days upon initiating the process. We will bear all the to and fro shipping if any

Till when can I initiate a return/ exchange request?

Every order placed on our website is eligible  for exchange only within 7 days of delivery. Since our products are handmade, and requires certain care, if you have used the product which has stains or beyond repair we will not be able to accept your return or exchange request. 

Do I need to send the products back myself if I want to return/ exchange?

YES. incase you don’t like our product/s or you are not satisfied with your purchase we give you all the rights to  exchange the products back to our warehouse within 7 days from the delivery date. In such cases we cannot initiate a return pickup for you, once you have sent the product back at our warehouse our team will inspect the quality of the received product and get back to you. 

NOTE: Customised products cannot be exchanged. 

What orders are eligible for REFUND?

All COD orders/ CUSTOMISED footwears are NOT eligible for any exchange/refund 

How much time does it take to process a refund/ exchange? 

It can take upto 7 working days for us to confirm and initiate a refund/ exchange for your order upon receiving the product back at our warehouse.
